According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), employment of electricians is expected to increase by 14% from 2014 to 2024. This is much faster than expected than the average for other occupations. The BLS also states that this growth will account for an estimated 85,900 new jobs for electricians in the United States.
